To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will contact you via e-mail, requesting an updated address and re-purchase of new shipping label. 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (United States Postal Service) and address the issue directly with them. iw433apparel does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 1-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers,  reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
